The mid-budget smartphone Pixel 5a 5G is finally launched by Google with IP76 and some minor changes. It’s a refreshed version of Pixel 4a 5G that was launched last year, so that you can consider Pixel 5a a successor of Pixel 4a.
The Pixel 5a features a 6.34-inch OLED display (60Hz), Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G, 6GB LPDDR4x RAM, 128GB of internal storage, IP67 dust and water-resistant,
There are many things here that are not changed, such as the 12MP f/1.7 primary and 16MP f2.2 ultra-wide camera and an 8MP f/2.0 snapper on the front.
The Pixel 5a did get a huge battery this time as compared to the previous model.
Pixel 5a has a battery of 4680mAh battery, which can be charged via an 18W fast charger (Type C). There is no wireless charging on the 5a, which is disappointing for a brand like Google.
The Pixel 5a 5G will be available in a “Mostly Black” colour and will cost you $449 in the US.
